# AutoPi Home Assistant Integration

The AutoPi Home Assistant integration allows you to monitor and track your vehicles equipped with AutoPi devices through Home Assistant. This integration provides real-time vehicle data, GPS tracking, and comprehensive diagnostics.

## Quickstart

Install through HACS, then add the integration:

1. Open **HACS** in Home Assistant, go to **Integrations**, search for **AutoPi**
   and install it. Restart Home Assistant.
2. Get an API key from [AutoPi Cloud](https://my.autopi.io) — account settings,
   then **API Access**.
3. In Home Assistant go to **Settings → Devices & Services → Add Integration**,
   search for **AutoPi**, and enter the API key.
4. Select your vehicles, or leave the selection empty to monitor all of them.

Requires Home Assistant 2025.8.0 or newer, which is what HACS enforces.
