Pick the route that matches what you need. Anything about a specific tool is answered fastest in that tool's own repository, because that is where the code, the issue history and the release notes are.

A bug, a question, or a feature request for a project

Open an issue on the repository that ships the code. Each project's documentation links its own repository in the header, and all of them live under github.com/rknightion. Issues are the right route even for questions: the answer stays searchable for the next person who hits the same thing, which a private message does not.

Please include the project version, how it is deployed, and the relevant log output. For an exporter or bridge, the configuration with credentials removed is usually the difference between a diagnosis and a guess.

A problem with the documentation itself

Wrong, stale or missing documentation is a bug in the project that owns the page, so it goes to the same place: an issue on that project's repository. Every page on this site publishes its Markdown source — append index.md to the page URL — so a correction can be quoted or sent as a pull request against the exact source line.

Broken links, layout faults and anything affecting the hub itself rather than one project belong on m7kni-net-site, which builds and deploys this domain.

A security issue

Do not open a public issue. Email security@m7kni.com. The machine-readable policy is at /.well-known/security.txt, per RFC 9116. Reports in English get the fastest response. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and which version or URL it affects; we will confirm receipt and tell you what we intend to do about it.

M7KNI Ltd is a UK software development and IT consultancy. Use the contact form on m7kni.com. That is the only general route in — we do not publish a support mailbox, because a published address collects spam considerably faster than it collects questions.

Data-protection requests, including access, correction and erasure, go through the same form and are answered within one month at no charge. The detail is in the privacy policy.
